The program

Who is AI for Managers and Leaders for?: Senior leaders shaping how their teams and companies use AI: managers, heads of function, founders, CEOs, and senior individual contributors stepping into leadership. Both individual applicants and teams of 3 to 5 from the same company are welcome.
Do I need a technical background?: No. The program is designed for non-technical leaders. We don't teach machine learning theory. We teach you how to lead AI adoption in your team and company.
What's the time commitment?: 16 hours of live class over 4 weeks (Fridays 7–9pm and Saturdays 10am–12pm WAT), plus about 2 hours of homework per week. Total commitment: ~24 hours over 4 weeks. Designed to fit around a senior management job.
What if I miss a session?: All sessions are recorded and available to you for 6 months. We strongly encourage live attendance for the discussion and peer network, which are the highest-value parts of the program.
Will I get a certificate?: Yes. Graduates receive an Acelytics certificate and a LinkedIn-ready credential after submitting the capstone (a 90-day AI adoption plan for your team).

How much is it?: ₦250,000 per seat. Bulk seats and corporate invoicing are available for teams (see below).
Can my company pay?: Yes. We provide an invoice for company reimbursement and accept bank transfer or card via Paystack. Most cohort attendees expense it to their L&D or operations budget.
What if I want to bring my team?: Teams of 3 to 5 from the same company can apply together and get a shared workspace plus tailored discussion in the cohort. For larger leadership teams (10+), we run custom AI workshops — see the For Teams page for details.
Do you offer 1-on-1 sessions?: Yes, for founders and senior leaders who can't commit to the cohort schedule or want a private advisory engagement. Single 90-minute strategy sessions start at ₦150,000. 3-session sprints and 6-session quarterly advisor packages are also available. Email hello@acelytics.com to scope one.
What's the refund policy?: Full refund if you withdraw before the first session. After that, no refunds, but you can defer to the next cohort once at no cost.

Where are the classes?: Live on Zoom. The link is shared in the cohort WhatsApp group on enrollment day. We don't have a physical campus yet — though custom team workshops can be delivered on-site in Lagos.
Do I need to be in Nigeria?: Acelytics is built for African leaders. Current cohorts run in West Africa Time (WAT, GMT+1), which works well for Nigeria, Ghana, and the broader West African region. Anyone elsewhere on the continent or in the diaspora with time-zone alignment can apply.
What tools and accounts do I need?: A laptop, a stable internet connection, and a Zoom account. We'll guide you to set up working accounts on the AI tools we use (ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, plus automation tools like Zapier and Make.com) in Session 1.
Is there a community after the cohort?: Yes. Alumni get lifetime access to the Acelytics community, a private space to keep learning, sharing wins, and connecting with other African leaders running AI in their teams.
