Common questions
- Who is this for, individuals or teams?
- Both. Most attendees apply as individuals (managers, founders, senior leaders). We also welcome teams of 3 to 5 leaders applying together from the same company — they get a shared workspace and we tailor the workshop discussions to their context. For larger leadership teams (10+), see our custom team workshops.
- Do I need a technical background?
- No. The program is designed for non-technical leaders. We don't teach machine learning theory. We teach you how to lead AI adoption in your team and company.
- What's the time commitment?
- 16 hours of live class over 4 weeks (Fridays 7–9pm and Saturdays 10am–12pm WAT), plus about 2 hours of homework per week. Total: ~24 hours. Designed to fit around a senior management job.
- What if I miss a session?
- All sessions are recorded and available to you for 6 months. We strongly encourage live attendance for the discussion and peer network.
- Can my company pay?
- Yes. We provide invoices for company reimbursement and accept bank transfer. Most cohort attendees expense it to their L&D budget.
