Common questions
- Is this for founders or for people with jobs?
- Both, and deliberately in the same room. Founders and business owners are building something of their own; senior operators are building leverage inside a company they don't own. The build work is the same — the distribution and the politics are not, so we cover both. One-on-one work and team training split by which one you are.
- Do I need a technical background?
- No. The program is designed for non-technical leaders. We don't teach machine learning theory. We teach you how to lead AI adoption in your team and company.
- What's the time commitment?
- The free session is 2 hours, once a month, live on Zoom. The full cohort is 16 hours of live class over 4 weeks plus about 2 hours of homework per week — designed to fit around a senior job.
- What if I miss a session?
- All sessions are recorded and available to you for 6 months. We strongly encourage live attendance for the discussion and peer network.
- Can my company pay?
- Yes. We provide invoices for company reimbursement and accept bank transfer. Most cohort attendees expense it to their L&D budget.
- What if I want to train my whole leadership team?
